The vehicles used in 'Journey To Joy' package are operated by Third party tour operators who are acting solely as an agent for Wet'nJoy in arranging vehicles and Wet'nJoy is not responsible for any shortcomings in the services offered, any liability for any and all claims, including claims stemming from or related to personal injury, illnesses, accidents, death, property loss, or any other loss or grievance, arising from participation on the service offered by the Third party operators.
For any travel facility availed and booked online, the Pick up and Drop location will be the same. No change in pick up or drop location will be entertained post booking.

In case any guest does not adhere to safety measures at the Park, Wet'nJoy holds the right of admission or to expel the guest from the Park premises for safety of all guests and employees without citing any further reasons or explanations
Guests will be required to show their valid government ID card for booking confirmation and entry to the park during the day of visit
In case of cancellation, standard 100% cancellation charges will be applicable.
Partial cancellations or modifications are not permitted.

Car hire is inclusive of fuel, driver allowance, parking, toll tax.
Multiple pick up and deviation in route is not allowed from pickup point to Wet'nJoy and back.
All pickup will be from Mumbai/Pune city limits. You can choose any comfortable pickup point which will be same as return final drop point. You may choose to end the trip any time enroute at your comfort.
Any bookings made after 6.00PM would not be provided with the service for the next day.
Above price is for 12 Hours only for every extra hour RS 150 for 4 Seater and RS 250 for 6 seater will be charged extra, which needs to be paid to the driver directly in cash.
Hours will be calculated from your pickup time to your drop time.

1. Can we choose another stop apart from those mentioned?

No, you cannot choose another stop apart from the ones mentioned in the Journey To Joy Package. The package includes specific stops that have been predetermined for your convenience. In-case your pickup point is not mentioned in our list please contact our travel partner before booking your package.

2. Can we just book the pickup and drop service without food and tickets?

Yes, you can book the pickup and drop service separately. Please contact our travel coordinator for more details.

3. Can we add another person to the existing package?

Please add third persons ticket and buffet lunch to the cart along with the package.
