Yes, photography/videography is allowed inside the park. However, commercial photography is not allowed without prior permission.

The functioning of certain rides and attractions could be temporarily suspended due to factors like bad weather, technical difficulties etc.

We also have the facility of an Electric Vehicle Charging station for all the guests who are travelling via an electrical four-wheeler. We do not have charging point for two wheeler.

Yes. We also have provision of the same on rental basis.
No, currently we don’t have Wi-Fi facility available. However special arrangements have been made for mobile connectivity, with Vodafone, Idea & Airtel for good network coverage.

No outside eatables are not allowed.
We have 3 multi cuisine restaurants available at the park.
Non-vegetarian food and alcoholic beverages is not served at the park.
As a park policy, we do not permit any eatables from outside. Alcohol/Tobacco/Non-Veg etc. is strictly prohibited. Any person found drunk, is also NOT permitted to enter the park.

It is mandatory to buy cigarettes from the smoking zone.
No, Food is not included in Wet’nJoy entry ticket. you can buy meal package.
PARK SAFETY & GUIDELINES
Your safety is our utmost concern
All Wet’nJoy amusement park rides are new and imported from Canada, Germany, and Italy. Created with pure genius, the rides combine thrill and safety to offer an exhilarating experience in each of our rides. All park rides have been designed to match optimal safety standards and are passed through stringent quality tests at the time of trial and installation. The companies that have partnered with us have given the park the final handover certificate after commissioning and pre-opening maintenance checks.
MUST-DO'S AT PARK:
- Have fun responsibly
- Listen to staff instructions
- Know your limits
- Accompany your kids everywhere
- Take care of your belongings
- Respect other’s privacy
- Height and Weight Restriction apply on all rides. Please check the instruction boards for the same.
- At any point, if the safety belts cannot be locked, visitors will not be permitted on such rides.
- For safety and hygiene reasons, footwear must be worn at all times
AVOID:
- Outside food
- Disrespecting the queue
- Bringing pets along
- No cameras allowed
- Alcohol, gutkha, pan-masala or tobacco
- Visiting if pregnant or with serious life conditions
- Avoid wearing sunglasses during rides
- Nylon/Lycra costumes are not permitted in Amusement Park for safety reasons
