Waterpark Rides are operated in a phase-wise manner. The ride schedule is displayed at the park for information. Management reserves the right to change the same without any prior intimation.
The ticket charges includes Entry to the park and usage of all the operational waterpark rides. Food & Beverage is available at an extra cost. parking, locker hire, Costumes are also charge extra
We consider height as the only criteria to charge for Adult or Child
3.3 Ft to 4.6 Ft is considered as Child and charged as per Child Ticket Rates
4.6 Ft and above is considered as Adult and charged as per Adult Ticket Rates.
Children below the height of 3.3 Ft are free to enter along with their parents / guardians.
Kids can go only for the following rides mentioned below:
• Royal Castle
• Rain Dance ( Disco H2O)
• Wave pool (with parents/ guardian)
• Lazy River (with parents / guardian)

Group discounts are offered to a minimum group size of 15 persons and above.

Once booked – tickets can be rescheduled. An additional cost of Rs. 100 will be charged for the same. Please send all details at sales@wetnjoy.com
Re-entry to the park even on the same day is charged again as a new ticket.
Tickets upto 30 persons can buy ticket online, at least one day prior to the date of the visit. Same day tickets can be purchased at the ticket counter itself.

Express Ticket is offered in water park only for one time express entry to select rides.
Due to technical faults there may be a possibility of ride closure.
The Management makes all efforts to keep the rides live, however rides may remain non-operational due to maintenance or safety-related issues.
Photography is allowed inside the park. However, photography should be limited to one’s own group. No commercial photography is allowed.
Every ride has different specification. Check the safety instruction before entering any rides
Yes. Ticket is mandatory for entry inside park area.
Yes. We have certified lifeguards for all of our attractions. All our lifeguards undergo rigorous training. In addition, our first aid station is staffed with emergency medical technicians.
Yes, different rides have restrictions. We suggest that you read all the safety instructions before entering any slide

No, Pets are not allowed in Wet N Joy Lonavala park
Yes, kids ride are safe such as Royal Castle, Fungama, Rain Dance, Wave Pool, and Lazy River with parent guardians.

FACILITY
We also have the facility of an Electric Vehicle Charging station for all the guests who are travelling via an electrical four-wheeler. We do not have charging point for two wheeler.
We provide baggage counter facility charged extra @ Rs.100/-per baggage. Lockers in the changing rooms are charged extra @ Rs.200/- inclusive of taxes per Locker. A refundable cash deposit of Rs.100/- has to be paid extra.
It is mandatory for all visitors to take shower, before entering the water park rides. You may bring costumes from your end or purchase/rent from the park. The costumes must be of Nylon or Lycra only.
Costumes can be bought from the park or can be used on Rent.
On Rent, we provide costumes @ Rs.200/- inclusive of taxes per costume. A refundable cash deposit of Rs.100/- has to be paid extra.
As of now, we do not offer any Hotel or accommodation facility. However, this can be booked at any of the several hotels located at Lonavala.
WetnJoy does not take responsibility of any damage/loss of your valuables. We have offered Locker facility for the same, which can be utilized to keep your valuables safe.
Yes we do provide life jackets. These will be available for the rides where life jackets are required.
Yes. We also have provision of the same on rental basis.
- V-cut , U-trunk swimwear not allowed.
- Beach shorts / Jammers / Tights allowed (in polyester/nylon) ONLY.
- Water park wear also available for sale in stores.
No, kennel services are not provided and pets are not allowed in the waterpark.
No, currently we don’t have Wi-Fi facility available. However special arrangements have been made for mobile connectivity, with Vodafone, Idea & Airtel for good network coverage.

We provide Multicuisine vegetarian dishes at our restaurents and food counters. Please check restaurent link for more details.
No outside eatables are not allowed.
As a park policy, we do not permit any eatables from outside. Alcohol/Tobacco/Non Veg etc is strictly prohibited. Any person found drunk, is also NOT permitted to enter the park.

It is mandatory to buy cigarettes from the smoking zone.
No, Food is not included in Wet’nJoy entry ticket. you can buy meal package.

Your safety is our utmost concern
Wet N Joy has installed the international water rides manufactured from White Water Canada, reputed for their high safety and quality standard machines. White Water demonstrate leadership in safety through their involvement with organization such as ASTM international and IAAPA to support the standardization guidelines that govern the development pf amusement rides and attractions world-wide. Before and after installing, each design is evaluated carefully using calibrated simulations followed by meticulous testing and fine-tuning to get the ride experience optimal and safety-assured.
All Wet N Joy Water Park rides are new and imported from Canada, Germany and Italy.Created with pure genius. The rides optimal safety standards and are passed through stringent quality tests at the time of trial and Installation. The companies that have partnered with us have given the final handover certificate after commissioning and pre-opening maintenance checks.
