North Indian
North Indian cuisine is bold, colorful, and spicy. The healthful combination of natural and aromatic spices imparts a permanent, delectable flavor to the cuisine. The components used in North Indian gravies have a lot of flavors, and the fusion of herbs is just perfect.
Italian
Italian cuisine is characterized by simplicity, as many dishes are made up of few local ingredients and therefore Italian cooks often rely on the quality of the ingredients, rather than the complexity of preparation. Pizza and pasta are the most popular with a layer of grated cheese and veggies.
Chinese
Freshness is essential in traditional Chinese cuisine. The majority of the dishes are loaded with vegetables, grass-fed meats, seafood, and herbs and spices. For therapeutic purposes, each component is hand-selected. Canned or frozen foods are rarely used in Chinese recipes.
South Indian
South Indian cuisines no longer cater to just the taste buds of people in the southern part of the country but appeal to people all over the subcontinent, their idli, dosa, rice, sambhar, and variety of curries are invariably rich and aromatic.
